Painter's note: Here's a painting of the first passenger diesels used on my fictitious railroad. The paint scheme is heavily influenced by the Milwaukee Road and the Canadian Pacific schemes of the late 1940s. The UB&YV follows the proposed route of the Denver and Northwestern (Moffat Road) from Provo, Utah over the Wasatch Mountains, through the Uintah Basin, along the Yampa River into Craig, Colorado.
